基本情况王文军,汉族,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,中国菌物学会终身会员,从事果蔬物流保鲜与品质调控理论与技术研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,重庆市自然科学基金面上项目1项,中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学面上项目等4项。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》等中外学术期刊发表论文11篇,参与发表SCI论文13篇;参与申请国家发明专利授权5项;参编教材《果蔬加工学》;获2022年重庆市科技进步一等奖(14/15)。工作经历
