陈孝勇

陈孝勇,博士,副教授硕导,重庆市现代农业产业体系榨菜创新团队岗位专家。主持国家级、省部级及其他项目5项,参与国家级项目2项。目前在《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food Chemistry》、《Food Research International》、《Food & Function》、《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》等期刊发表学术论文20余篇,其中封面论文1篇。申请国内外发明专利10余项,已获授权发明专利7项(含国际授权发明专利2项)。
